Please do not contact us for the following items as we are unable to assist due to time constraints:
Requests for help servicing a watch yourself, inquiries on what we sold a watch for in the past, or for us to provide an appraisal (valuation) of a watch you own. Also please note that we do not sell parts.
In order to review your watch for servicing, we request all customers follow the three steps outlined below. This assures expectations are met.

- Pre-Register: The information you provide for pre-registration is only used for the purposes of reviewing your watch for possible servicing. Click here to pre-register.
- Send an email with the following information to contact_inquiry@clocksavant.com with (1) front and outside back pictures of your watch, (2) a description of current running/functioning (3) any service history you are aware of, and (4) any other details you believe are relevant. This will open a support ticket in our system allowing us to efficiently collaborate.
