After completing customer watches I have previously accepted for servicing, I will be taking a sabbatical from the daily routine of servicing customer watches. Therefore, unfortunately I am not accepting watches for servicing at this time. This sabbatical will allow me to focus on broader horological pursuits. These pursuits may involve providing additional/other services to the horological community and will provide me more free time to attend to my broader interests. I do not have a future date for when I may choose to accept watches again for servicing. For existing customers, warranty support will of course continue to be provided for all watches previously serviced. I wish you the best and thank you for your support.
For initial servicing estimates, please follow the instructions below rather than first calling on the phone. This allows us to have all relevant information for advising on an initial estimate and assures you are aware of our approach, minimum costs, and key considerations.
- Please do not contact us for the following items as we are unable to assist due to time constraints: Requests for help servicing a watch yourself, inquiries on what we sold a watch for in the past, or for us to provide an appraisal (valuation) of a watch you own. Also please note that we do not sell parts.

Instructions for Receiving an Initial Estimate
Before contacting us for servicing, we request that you review the following video we produced. It describes our overall servicing approach and example cost considerations. After viewing the video, please send an email to the address above with (1) front and outside back pictures of your watch, (2) confirmation in email that you reviewed the video, (3) a description of current running/functioning (4) any service history you are aware of, and (5) any other details you believe are relevant.
