This is an absolutely beautiful Universal Geneva Polerouter calibre 215-2 from 1960 that I fully serviced for fellow Instagram’er @nostalgic_principles. My previous two posts described challenges associated with servicing this watch. After servicing, it is now running superbly— within a few seconds a day of accuracy across all six measured positions. It’s not possible to achieve this level of performance for most vintage watches. Frankly, I was surprised at the accuracy I was able to drive from this watch.
