This is one of two 100+ year old Elgin’s we serviced this week for our customers, this one from 1903. Often when working on these old watches you feel transported back in time and so the picture is black and white. This is a beautiful ladies pocket watch- I’ve never used the word “charming” to describe anything but it’s the word that kept coming to mind when working on it.
